Step 1 : Download Google chrome Browser

Step 2 : go to search and type chrome://extensions

Step 3 : scroll Down And Click On " Get more Extensions "

Step 4 : type in search "Facebook Group Invite All" then press enter Then You Will See Blue Extension as you will see in video  And click on add to chrome  then click on  Add extension wait a few Second ..

Step 5 : Login Your Facebookb Account And Go to the group that you want to add members

Step 6: click on blue icon on the upside and That’s All , Your all Facebook Friends Are Adding in your Groups in one Click !! :D :D :D
